Process Time

Unless stated otherwise, our jewelry is handcrafted to order. Meaning the piece that you ordered is made just for you! Please allow 1-2 weeks before your jewelry is shipped. 

Shipping Domestic (USA)  

All packages are shipped first class with USPS. We offer two shipping options :

1. Free Shipping : includes a tracking number and shipping insurance. 

2. Add a signature for $4 : includes a tracking number, shipping insurance, and a signature to receive the package.  

When your package is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

Lost or Damage Packages 

To protect you and your jewelry, domestic shipping includes tracking and insurance. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact me immediately. 

Returns

If you need to make a return, email me within 3 days of the delivery date. It is your responsibility to mail the piece of jewelry back in its original packaging. A refund will be issued when the package is received.

International Shipping 

All international packages are shipped First Class with the United States Postal Service. Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.
